No, I've never met one. I'm not sure whether there are any left in Kosova.
What a fascinating article. You are right in saying that this does not compare to the chastity rings our children in the US wear. What a life commitment! I'm amazed when I read/hear of such radical things people not in the US have to adopt in order to survive. We are a blessed nation even in the worst of the times we've experienced.
